Captain Charles "Shep" Sheppard is a native Delawarean who has been fishing and boating the Delaware coast his whole life. An experienced boater, he’s familiar with local waters and knows how to navigate them safely.  He currently operates with a U.S.C.G. 25 ton Master Captains License. 

​Captain Shep's wife, Wendy, is his first mate. They are both lifelong educators and have over 55 years combined working in local schools.  They decided to combine their love for teaching with their passion for the sea, and thus, "School's Out Charters" was born.
